With over 16 years of experience in professional childcare, my decision to establish Cedar Care was driven by my passion for going "above and beyond" to ensure the well-being of children. Inspired by my philosophy that a healthy baby is a happy baby, I envisioned Cedar Care as a trusted resource for families seeking exceptional non-judgmental childcare at any stage. Through patience, consistency, and creativity, I foster an environment where children thrive and families find peace of mind knowing their little ones are in caring hands.
My extensive expertise spans newborn care, sleep training, multiples, live-in arrangements, event childcare, and even emergency or last-minute support. As Chief Care Officer, I ensure Cedar Care delivers the highest quality of care to families, rigorously maintaining the standards of excellence required to join the Cedar Care Specialist Network.
My responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of childcare specialists, ensuring each team member embodies the values of patience, creativity, and a commitment to nurturing children. Under my leadership, the Cedar Care team is not only skilled but deeply invested in providing safe, loving, and professional care.
I am a strong advocate for helping children reach their developmental milestones, incorporating activities like tummy time, literacy, singing, and indoor/outdoor play to support development. My dedication to nurturing children and my unwavering commitment runs deep.
