    Complete our quick intake form, letting us know what you're looking for in a care specialist.

  2. Review Your Matches
    We’ll suggest Cedar Care Specialists and send you profiles for review.

  3. Virtual Screening
    Families conduct a 15–20 minute virtual screening with candidates, using our provided interview questions for guidance.

  4. In-Person Trial & Selection
    Meet your top candidate(s) for an in-person trial to ensure the perfect fit. If you move forward with a Cedar Care Specialist, the trial is completely free and credited to your first invoice. If you decide not to proceed, you'll simply be billed for the trial period. This allows you to confidently make the best choice for your family with no upfront commitment.

  5. Four-Week Onboarding
    Our Standard Cedar Care Onboarding Practice guides the first month, fostering collaboration and setting the foundation for a successful partnership.

Ongoing Support & Backup Coverage

Cedar Care handles all payments, manages performance based on your feedback, and provides backup coverage if your Care Specialist is unavailable—ensuring uninterrupted support for your family.
